To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect reserved appointment times, please review the following policy: • Deposits Required All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time only if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • Missed Appointments / No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. • New Deposit Requirement Any new appointment booked after a late cancellation or no-show will require a new deposit. ⸻ 💜 We value your time and ours.
